Please present any gift certificates, coupons, or special offers at the time of check in before service begins. We will not be able to honor gift certificates or discount offers without them.
Forms of Payment
We are happy to accept your card but our preferred form of payment is cheque or cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, cash, and personal checks with one picture identification, e.g. Driver license.
All returned checks will incur a minimum amount of $55.00 service charge.
We require a credit card number when scheduling services of two hours or more. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to appointment will incur a 100% charge for the services booked.
Give the ultimate gift of wellness. We accept phone requests with a credit card and we will mail the gift certificate to the person of your choice. No fee for this service.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash but may be refunded to purchaser minus any and all processing fees.
All coupons are valid for the specified period on coupon.
Cancellation notice is required 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel with 24 hours will void the gift certificate. Failure to show for an appointment will forfeit the gift certificate.
Lost or stolen gift certificates are not replaceable or refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Coupons and discounts offers may not be used towards purchase of gift certificate at any time.
IslandTouch Massage and Spa will not be responsible for items lost or left on the premises. We suggest you remove all jewelry or other items of value before coming for your spa service.
There will be no refund on services rendered.
All payments are expected when services are rendered. Unfortunately we cannot extend any kind of credit.
Certain treatments require extensive preparation, and must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number. Failure to cancel will result in 100% charges to the credit card for the services booked.
Certain treatments or products may be prohibited for some medical issues, conditions and medications. Please advise the therapist on your intake form or before the treatment begins.
Gratuities are not included in any service rates or gift certificate sale.
