Check-in

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment in order to complete consultation information.
• Please present any gift certificates, coupons, or special offers at the time of check in before service begins. We will not be able to honor gift certificates or discount offers without them.

Forms of Payment

• We accept  Auto Accident and Personal Injury Massage clients with proper documentation from a doctor.
• There is a 3% fee for all payments made with Debit/Credit cards. We cannot process Debit cards.
• As of April 13, 2011 we are unable to accept Credit Cards until further notice. We are happy to accept cash or personal check with one picture identification, e.g. Driver license.
• All returned checks will incur a minimum amount of $25.00 service charge.
• We require a credit card number when scheduling a spa package or couples massage. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to appointment will incur a 30% charge for the services booked.

Gift Certificates

• Give the ultimate gift of wellness. We accept phone requests with a credit card and we will mail the gift certificate to the person of your choice.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All coupons are valid for the specified period on coupon.
• Cancellation notice is required 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel with 24 hours will void the gift certificate. Failure to show for an appointment will forfeit the gift certificate.
• Lost or stolen gift certificates are not replaceable or refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Coupons and discounts offers may not be used towards purchase of gift certificate.
• You can bring in your unused Gift Certificates and redeem them for products.

Policies

• IslandTouch Massage and Spa will not be responsible for items lost or left on the premises. We suggest you remove all jewelry or other items of value before coming for your spa service.
• There will be no refund on services rendered.
• All payments are expected when services are rendered. Unfortunately we cannot extend any kind of credit.
• Please send us your e-mail in order to receive our monthly specials.
• Certain treatments require extensive preparation, and must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number. Failure to cancel will result in the full charges to the credit card for the services booked.
• Certain treatments or products may be prohibited for some medical issues, conditions and medications. Please advise the therapist on your intake form or before the treatment begins.
• Gratuities are not included in any service rates or gift certificate sale.
• Appointment needed for most services. It is important to arrive 10mins. before your first appointment in order to complete paperwork. Walk-ins welcome.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• A 24hr cancellation notice is appreciated.
• We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hours notice.
